- INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We will collect and process the following data about you:
Information you give us. This information includes personal data you provide to us when you purchase products on our Website, when you contact our customer service team or when you report a problem with our Website. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number and payment information which is necessary to process and execute your order on the Website, or to manage your inquiry or request.
Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our Website we will automatically collect the following information:

Call Monitoring and Recording
When you make calls to our customer service team, we may use an automated telephone number detection system to match your telephone number to your existing reservations. This can help save time for both you and our customer service staff.
During calls with our customer service team, live listening might be carried out or calls might be recorded for quality control and training purposes. This includes the use of the recordings for the handling of complaints, legal claims and for fraud detection.

We use service providers from outside of our corporate group to support us in providing our services. These include:

We use third parties to process payments, handle chargebacks or provide billing collection services. We may provide of a copy of your order confirmation to the payment providers. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers located in EU-West. As a company providing services internationally, we may receive and transfer information all over the world. Consequently, your personal information may be used, stored and processed outside of the country where you entered that information or from which we collected it. It may also be processed outside the location from which it was collected by staff operating in different locations who work for us or for one of our suppliers. This includes staff engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your booking and the provision of services.
Wherever we are required to transfer your personal information, regardless of where this occurs, we have taken steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Statement and all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
